Fully Custom Plans
Ready to express your dreams and aspirations in a fully custom home? Nothing reflects your style more than a home tailored around you. One of our award-winning local architects will arrange a series of meetings to get to know you and your desires. We will then go through a series of steps from preliminary concept drawings to ready-to-build blueprints. We are with you every step of the way—but you will be in charge.

Tips For Selecting or Designing a Plan:
1. Easy Access: A sprawling Ranch plan offers flexible space for growing families and a lack of stairs provides easy living for mature residents. A Ranch's basement is typically the same square footage as that of the home above, providing flexible square footage for additional living space.

2. Excellent Value: Two-story homes, such as Colonials, are often a great value per square foot. By building upwards, additional square footage is gained with little or no additional foundation and roofing costs.

3. Convenient Comfort: First-floor master bedrooms offer the convenience of a Ranch with the additional space for 3, 4, and even 5 bedrooms.

4. Classic Style: Cape Cod and Craftsman style homes have traditional features that can fit view lots, tight lots, or lakefront locations.

5. Non-Traditional Styles: Consider a Modern Style home, an Earth Sheltered home, a Solar home, or other cutting edge styles to make the most of energy efficiency, new construction materials, and technology.
